We’re looking to hire a Junior Electrical Engineer to our team, who will have the opportunity to participate in diverse global projects.

Responsibilities

The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

  • Responsible for development of 3D model and 2D drawing of various electrical systems for industrial facilities including but not limited to single line diagram of power. systems, electrical equipment layout, hazardous area classification drawing, hook-up drawing, lighting, grounding and lightning protection systems using REVIT software.
  • Perform equipment sizing calculation like wire, conduit, cable tray, etc.
  • Produce Revit families according to project requirements / Modifying Revit families as per project requirement.
  • Should work on ACC, BIM 360 & maintain BIM standards and library of BIM objects.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and other stake holder(s) to develop a clash free system design.
  • Assisting Senior engineers in preparing, coordinating, and reviewing deliverables for the discipline.
  • A committed team player able to work on own initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 yrs experience as an electrical engineer or a junior engineer.
  • Should be an electrical degree or diploma holder.
  • Minimum 2 yrs working experience using REVIT.
  • Good Communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
  • Experience in industrial and commercial buildings is highly preferred.
  • Willing to advance in career by taking increased responsibilities on projects and organization.
  • Willing to work in the late evening hours to attend meetings with US counterpart & as per project requirement.
  • Basic knowledge on NEC code is mandatory.
