Staff Accountant

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for payroll processing and administration.
• Maintaining employee profiles in prevailing accounting software.
• Prepares or assists with daily Time Balancing process.
• Responsible for verification of payroll data.
• Responsible for communicating with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 5 yrs experience as an accounts executive- payroll exposure.
• Understanding local and governmental rules about accounting.
• Familiarity with any cloud based payroll software will be preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
• Proficiency with prevailing office software, especially Excel. 
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
